কুমিল্লা সিটির ভিতরে হলে :-- ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি/হ্যান্ড টু হ্যান্ড ডেলিভারি।
- পণ্য এবং ডেলিভারী চার্জ এর টাকা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে প্রদান করবেন।
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার ভিতর ডেলিভারি পাবেন।
- অর্থ প্রদানের পূর্বে পণ্য দেখে নিবেন। অন্যথায় কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
বিঃদ্রঃ- ছবি এবং বর্ণনার সাথে পণ্যের মিল থাকা সত্যেও আপনি পণ্য গ্রহন করতে না চাইলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে প্রদান করতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
| ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে হলে:-- কন্ডিশন বুকিং অন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস (পাঠাও কুরিয়ার অথবা স্টেডফাস্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস) এ নিতে হবে।
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা বিকাশ এ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
- কুরিয়ার চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা বিকাশ করার পর ৪৮ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার ভিতর কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারী দেয়াা হবে।
- অর্থ প্রদানের পূর্বে পণ্য দেখে নিবেন। অন্যথায় কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
বিঃদ্রঃ- ছবি এবং বর্ণনার সাথে পণ্যের মিল থাকা সত্যেও আপনি পণ্য গ্রহন করতে না চাইলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর কাছে পণ্য রিটার্ন করবেন।

If inside Comilla City:-- Cash on Delivery/Hand to Hand Delivery.
- Pay the product cost and delivery charge to the delivery man.
- Delivery within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Check the product before making the payment, otherwise no complain is acceptable.
Note:- Even if the product matches the picture and description, if you do not want to receive the product, you will be obliged to pay the delivery charge of Tk 80 to the delivery man.
| Outside Comilla City:-- Condition booking on courier service (Delivery will be make by Pathao or Redex courier service).
- Delivery charge 150 taka has to pay in advance by Bkash to confirm the order.
- After order confirmation, delivery will be make within 48 to 72 hours.
- Check the product before making the payment, otherwise no complain is acceptable.
Note: If you do not want to receive the product even if the product matches the picture and description, you will be obliged to return the product to the delivery man.
